摘要
采用文献资料法、数据统计法、实地考察法等研究方法,对县域地区公共体育设施供给的必要性进行论述,对广西南宁市横县公共体育设施供给现状进行分析。针对供给现状深入剖析该县公共体育设施供给存在的主要问题及原因,据此为横县政府完善公共体育设施建设提出构建多元投资机制、增加公共体育设施供给,改造公共体育设施配置、升级使用功能,合理布局设施网络、促进公共体育资源共享,加强公共体育设施维护、完善管理机制等优化对策,以期为广西其他县域公共体育设施供给建设提供理论借鉴。
Using literature, data statistics and on-the-spot investigation method, discuss the necessity of strengthen the provision of public sports facilities in county areas, and analyze the supply of the county public sports facilities in the vil- lage. According to the supply status of the county government, analyze the county＇s public sports facilities supply problems and reasons deeply, according to this, improve the construction of public sports facilities, put forward to build a diversified investment mechanism for the Hengxian government, and increase the supply of public sports facilities ; transforming public sports facilities, upgrading using functions ; reasonable layout of network infrastructure, promote public sports resources sharing, reform of public sports facilities configuration, upgrade function, strengthen the public sports facilities maintenance, improve the management mechanism of optimization strategies. At the same time, provide some theoretical reference for the construction of public sports facilities in other counties of Guangxi.
