摘要
目的观察刺络拔罐加围刺法治疗股外侧皮神经炎的临床疗效。方法将68例股外侧皮神经炎患者随机分为观察组和对照组各34例。观察组采用皮肤针在患侧大腿前外侧皮肤,沿足阳明胃经和足少阳胆经循经自上而下依次叩击,然后在被叩刺的部位拔罐治疗,再以毫针在病变的四周进行围针平刺;对照组给予口服呋喃硫胺和甲钴胺,一个疗程后对比疗效。结果观察组总有效率为100%,对照组总有效率为67.65%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论刺络拔罐结合围刺法治疗股外侧皮神经炎疗效显著优于其他治疗。
Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of pricking and cupping combined with encircling needling in the treatment of lateral femoral cutaneous neuritis. Methods 68 cases of lateral femoral cutaneous neuritis patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 34 cases in each group. The observation group was given with dermal needle in the lateral thigh anterolateral skin, along the meridian of yangming foot and foot shaoyang gallbladder meridian from top to bottom taps in turns, and then in the area of pierced by knocking cupping therapy, again with filiform needle around the flat needle thorn around the perimeter of the lesions. The control group was given oral furan thiamine and cobalt amine. The curative effect after a period of treatment was compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group and the control group was 100% and 67.65%, respectively, and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.01） . Conclusion The curative effect of pricking and cupping combined with encircling needling in the treatment of lateral femoral cutaneous neuritis is significantly better than that of other treatments.
