摘要
目的观察刺血拔罐、火针、穴位注射与泛昔洛韦治疗带状疱疹不同性质疼痛的临床疗效。方法将76例带状疱疹患者按疼痛性质分为跳痛放射痛组、表皮灼痛刺痛组、肌肉酸胀痛组和对照组,每组19例。对照组采用常规药物治疗,跳痛放射痛组采用刺血拔罐加电针治疗,表皮灼痛刺痛组采用火针加冰片外敷治疗,肌肉酸胀痛组采用采用丹参注射液穴位注射治疗。比较各组治疗前后VAS评分及临床疗效。结果跳痛放射痛组、表皮灼痛刺痛组、肌肉酸胀痛组愈显率分别为89.4%、68.4%、78.9%。各组患者治疗一周后VAS评分与同组治疗前比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01)治疗组总有效率为78.9%,对照组为47.3%。结论刺血拔罐加电针治疗带状疱疹跳痛放射痛,火针加冰片外敷治疗带状疱疹表皮灼痛,穴位注射治疗带状疱疹酸胀痛具有良好的效果,疗效优于常规药物治疗。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of blood cupping, fire needle, point injection and Famciclovir capsules in the treat-ment of postherpetic neuralgia with different properties. Methods 76 cases of herpes zoster patients were divided into jumping pain ra-diation pain group, skin burn stabbing pain, muscle pain acid group and the control group according to the nature of the pain, with 19 cases in each group. The control group used conventional drug treatment, the jumping pain radiation pain group used the thorn blood cupping and cupping therapy, the skin burn stabbing pain used fire needle and borneol topical treatment, and the muscle pain acid group adopted salvia miltiorrhiza injection point injection therapy. Before and after treatment, VAS score and clinical curative effect of the four groups were compared. Results The markedly effective rate of the jumping pain radiation pain group, the skin burn stabbing pain group and the muscle pain acid group was 89.4%, 68.4% and 78.9%, respectively. After a week of treatment, VAS scores were compared within each group before treatment, and the differences were statistically significant（ P〈0.01）. The total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group was 78.9% and 47.3%, respectively. Conclusion The pricking-blood and cupping combined with electro-acupuncture in the treatment of jumping pain radiation pain, fire needle and borneol topical in the treatment of skin burn pain and point injection in the treatment of acid pain has good effect, and the curative effect is superior to the conventional drug treatment.
