摘要
采用硅氢加成法,通过改变烯丙基聚醚链段中环氧乙烷/环氧丙烷(EO/PO)的摩尔比,制备了系列聚醚接枝改性含氢硅油非离子表面活性剂(PESOEP).采用红外光谱(FT-IR)对其结构进行表征,并通过测定PESOEP的界面张力对界面活性进行评价,系统分析了EO/PO比、PESOEP浓度、温度、无机盐等对破乳剂破乳性能的影响.结果表明,随着EO/PO比值的增大,表面张力由21.65增加至24.37 mN·m^(-1),表面活性剂的界面活性逐渐增强,随着EO/PO比值的升高,PESOEP破乳率由73.2%增加至94.1%;破乳率和破乳速率随浓度和温度的增加而增加;但当浓度增大到1.0g·L^(-1)时,聚合物的破乳率基本保持不变;盐溶型无机盐可有效增强破乳剂的破乳效果.
A series of polyether-graft-hydrogen silicone oil nonionic demulsifier (PESOEP ) is prepared based on hydrosilylation reaction through changing the molar ratio of ethylene oxide to epoxypropane (EO/PO) in allyl polyether . The structure of PESOEP is characterized by FT-IR ,and the interfacial activity is estimated according to the interfacial tension of PESOEP . The surface tension is increased from 21.65 to 24.37 mN·m ^-1 , and the interfacial activity is gradually increased . The effects of EO/PO ratio , PPESOEP concentration , temperature and inorganic salt on demulsification performance are systematically investigated . The demulsification efficiency increases from 73.2% to 94.1% with increasing the EO/PO ratio . It is also increased with increasing the PPESOEP concentration and temperature . The demulsification efficiency almost keeps invariable when the PPESOEP concentration increases to 1.0 g·L ^-1 . The demulsification performance is able to be effectively enhanced with the introduction of salt-soluble inorganic salt .
