摘要
无机离子对破乳剂浊点的影响,除与离了性质有关外,还与盐的浓度和破乳剂的种类和结构有关。在低温时一般有盐溶作用的离子可提高破乳效果,有盐析作用的离子可降低破乳效果。高温时此规律不复存在,但在盐浓度较低时,Mg^(++)、Ca^(++)、Al^(+++)有提高破乳效果的作用。
The effect of inorganic ions on the cloud point of demulsifiers depends not only on the nature of ions,but also on the concentration of salts and the structure of demulsifiers.At lower temperature,in general,the emulsion-breaking ability of denaulsifiers increases with the addition of salt-in ions,but decreases with the addition of salt-out ions.At higher tempera- ture,the emulsion-breaking ability slightly increases in the presence of high valency cations(Mg^(++),Ca^(++),Al^(+++))at lower concentrations.
