探讨品管圈活动对减少体检中心护理投诉的效果 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨品管圈活动对减少体检中心护理投诉的效果。方法选取自2015年4月—2016年5月于该院进行健康体检的88名受检者作为观察对象,按照抽签法进行分组,分别为对照组和观察组,均44名;对照组给予常规护理,观察组患者给予品管圈活动。观察并对比两组受检者的护理效果。结果观察组受检者的护理投诉事件发生率仅为2.27%,明显低于对照组受检者的20.45%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组受检者的护理满意度高达97.73%,明显高于对照组受检者的77.27%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论品管圈活动能够显著减少体检中心护理投诉事件的发生率,提高护理满意度,具有较高的临床推广价值。 Objective To explore the effect of quality control circle activity on reducing the complaint of medical examination center. Methods The subjects selected from April 2015 to May 2016 in our hospital for health examination in 88 cases as the observation objects were grouped according to the drawing method,respectively,control group and observation group,44 cases; the control group was given conventional nursing,the observation group was treated with qcc. Observe and compare the nursing effect of the two groups of subjects. Results The observation group of subjects of nursing complaints incident rate was only 2.27%,significantly lower than the control group subjects were 20.45%,the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05); Nursing satisfaction of observation group subjects up to 97.73%,significantly higher than the control group subjects were 77.27%,the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion The quality control circle activity can significantly reduce the incidence of Medical Center nursing complaints,improve nursing satisfaction,with a high clinical value.
