摘要
喷雾干燥生产过程中,捕粉装置出现粉尘潮湿或积水会影响正常生产,也会影响产品品质。分析了出现这种情况的原因,并提出了不接过长的尾管或不接尾管与进行保温处理的具体解决办法,有效防止了粉尘潮湿或积水情况的发生。
There are different types of powder collection in spray drying. In powder collection it is requested not only that little or no powder is leaked, but also the powder collected is dry. If the powder collected contains relatively more water, it means there is problem in structural design of powder collection device, which has been appeared in practical application.
