摘要
对多效降膜式蒸发器在奶粉生产中其蒸发温度过高影响奶粉质量的情况提出建议,对蒸发温度的极限值给予阐述。以此说明奶粉生产是热处理过程,只要蒸发温度不超过78℃,实际应用证明对奶粉的质量是没有影响的。
Aiming to the effect of high evaporation temperature in multi-effect down film evaporator on milk powder quality,some suggestions had been proposed,and it also expatiated the limited evaporation temperature.It can see that milk powder producing is a heat treatment processing,the application showed that high temperature had no effect on the quality of milk powder as long as the evaporation temperature was below 78 ℃.
