摘要
论文采用内容分析法,对2004至2015年我国图书馆员能力研究的论文进行梳理,发现研究主题主要集中在不同类型图书馆馆员能力研究、不同岗位馆员能力研究、馆员能力案例研究、馆员能力开发与培养研究。未来馆员能力研究将集中在深化馆员核心能力构成要素、开发馆员能力评价体系、制定系统的馆员能力开发计划等方面。
Using the method of content analysis, this paper researches the papers of librarians' ability in China from 2004 to 2015. It finds out that the researches mainly focus on the librarians' ability of different types of libraries, the librarians' ability of different positions, the case study of librarians' ability, the development and cultivation of the librarians' ability. The future research will focus on deepening the inscape of the librarians' core competence, developing the evaluation system of the librarians' ability, and formulating the librarians' ability development plan systematically and so on.
