摘要
目的探讨抑郁和冲动性对暴力服刑人员自杀意念的预测作用。方法采用自杀意念量表（SIOSS）、中文版患者健康问卷-抑郁症状群量表（PHQ-9）、Barratt冲动性量表（BIS-11）对423名暴力服刑人员进行问卷调查。结果有自杀意念者约占暴力服刑人员总人数的17．04％。有自杀意念组在抑郁和冲动性总分及其维度（注意力冲动性、运动性冲动性和无计划冲动性）上的得分[分别为（11．60±7．08）分，（62．15±8．93）分，（14．19±2．39）分，（21．12±4．57）分，（26．85±5．02）分]均高于无自杀意念组[（分别为（4．95±4．82）分，（56．79±8．68）分，（12．95±2．29）分，（19．03±3．91）分，（28．81±4．95）分]，差异有统计学意义（￡=9．49，卢4．61，￡：4．04，卢3．88，f=3．08）（均P〈0．01）。除睡眠因子与无计划冲动因子相关不显著，自杀意念与抑郁和冲动性及其因素之间呈显著的两两正相关（r=0．156～0．628，P〈0．01）。多因素回归模型显示，抑郁的总分和无计划冲动性因子对于自杀意念有正向预测作用（R^2=0．419，自杀意念总分：-2．471＋0．192×抑郁总分＋0．149×无计划冲动性）。结论自杀意念与抑郁和冲动性关系密切，抑郁和无计划冲动性对自杀意念有预测作用。
Objective To explore the predictive effect of depression and impulsivity on suicidal ide- ation in violent criminals. Methods 423 violent criminals were assessed by Self-rating Idea of Suicide Scale（SIOSS）, Patient Health Questionnaire （PHQ-9） and Barratt Impulsiveness Scale （BIS-11）. Re- suits People with suicidal ideation accounted for 17.04% of the total number of violent criminals. The scores of the group with suicidal ideation （ respectively （4.95±4.82）, （56.79±8.68）, （ 12.95±2.29）, （ 19.03 ± 3.91 ） , （ 28.81 ±4.95 ） ） were higher than those without suicidal ideation group （ respectively （ 4.95± 4.82 ） , （56.79±8.68） , （12.95±2.29） , （ 19.03±3.91 ） , （ 28.81±4.95 ） ） in depression and every dimension of impul- sivity （ attentional impulsivity, motor impulsivity and non-planning impulsivity） （ t= 9.49,t= 4.61, t= 4.04, t= 3.88,t=3.08） （ all P〈0.01）. Positive correlation was observed between suicidal ideation,depression and impulsivity （r= 0.156-0.628 ,P〈0.01 ） , while sleeping factor was not associated with non-planning impulsivity. According to the multi-faetoral regression module, depression and nonplanning impulsivity scores had positive prediction on suicidal ideation（ R^2 = 0.419, SIOSS = -2.471＋ 0.192x depression＋ 0.149x nonplanning impul- sivity）. Conclusion There is a close relationship in suicidal ideation, depression and impulsivity, meanwhile depression and nonplanning impulsivity can predict the suicidal ideation.
