摘要
随着上海地区城市地下空间的发展,基坑规模越来越大,开挖深度越来越深,且城区建筑密集,使得在基坑支护设计过程中考虑的因素较多。论文以上海某复杂深大基坑工程为背景,介绍其基坑支护设计方案,及基坑开挖过程中对周边建筑沉降控制难题的解决。通过工程监测表明,基坑施工过程中周边建筑物沉降变形满足保护要求。本工程取得的经验对类似工程具有借鉴意义。
With the development of urban underground space in Shanghai area, the scale of foundation pit is more and more big, the excavation depth is more and more deep, and the city building is dense, so that more factors are considered in the design process of foundation pit support. Taking a complex deep and large foundation pit project in Shanghai as the background, this paper introduces the design scheme of its foundation pit support and the solutions of the settlement control problem of the surrounding building during the excavation. The engineering monitoring shows that the settlement and deformation of surrounding buildings meet the requirements ofproteetion during the construction of foundation pit. The experience gained from this project c an be used for re ference in similar projects.
