摘要
构建与转型发展相适应的内部教学质量保障体系是地方应用型本科院校质量建设的重要任务。基于近三年安徽、江苏两省25所地方应用型本科高校发布的本科教学质量报告文本内容,采用定性与定量相结合的方法,对地方应用型本科高校内部教学质量保障体系建设现状及问题进行分析,并提出地方应用型本科高校应注重建立不相重叠的目标生态位、加强质量标准建设、深化学习效果评估、建立层级式质量管理体系、加强质量文化培育等建议。
To construct the internal assurance system for teaching quality which corresponds with reform and development is an important task facing the local application-oriented universities. Based on the teaching quality reports from 25 universities in Anhui province and Jiangsu province, using the qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, the authors studied the current situation and problems, and proposed that the universities should pay attention to the establishment of target ecological niche, strengthen the construction of quality standard, deepen the evaluation for learning effects, establish hierarchical quality management system, and reinforce the cultivation of quality culture.
