冻融胚胎移植前子宫内膜准备的研究新进展 被引量：6

摘要 随着人类辅助生殖技术的发展,提高妊娠率是该项技术的最终目的,而如何提高妊娠成功率已成为该技术面临的最大问题。冻融胚胎移植(frozen-thawed embryo transfer,FET)因其增加累计妊娠率,降低了体外受精周期并发症的发生,并为影响妊娠因素提供处理条件和时间,比反复多次取卵耗时短等诸多优点而被各生殖中心广泛推广,而内膜准备方案是保证胚胎成功着床的关键,为探索适用于不孕症患者安全、有效的方法,从而提高妊娠率,改善产科结局,本文综述国内外关于子宫内膜准备方案的最新研究进展。
