摘要
基于河南省抽样调查的529份农民工回流问卷数据,采用统计分析和二元logistic模型对农民工的回流区位选择及影响因素进行了分析。研究发现,本村、本乡镇和本县城是省际流动农民工回流区位的主要选择地,本乡镇和本县城也是农民工回流创业的首选区位,而本市、外市回流农民工较少。农民工回流区位选择的主要机制是务家和经济收益的平衡。影响省际流动农民工回流区位选择的主要因素为农民工年龄、家庭中小学生数量、家庭农民工数量、人均耕地面积等。农民工流动与回流实际上均为农民工在地理空间中的位置选择与变动,其取决于不同区位的粘性大小。
In the process of rapid industrialization and urbanization, backflow phenomenon along with the flow of migrant workers causes increasingly for the concern of scholars. Based on 529 parts by migrant workers backflow questionnaire sample survey data, using statistical analysis and binary logistic model, backflow location choice and its influence factors were analyzed. The study finds that the village, local town and local county seat are the main choice of location of interprovincial backflow migrant workers, it is also the preferred startup location by migrant workers, furthermore, local city, outside the city are fewer of backflow migrant workers. The main mechanism of backflow location choice is the balance of home affairs and economic benefits. The main factors influencing the backflow location choice of interprovincial migrant workers are migrant workers age, family students, number of migrant workers of families, per capita arable land and so on. In fact the flow and the backflow of migrant workers are the location choice and changes in geographic space, which is depending on location viscous size.
