摘要
目的探讨身心一体化护理干预对于甲状腺癌患者焦虑抑郁等负性情绪以及生活质量的影响。方法将入院治疗140例甲状腺癌患者随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组实行身心一体化护理干预,对照组实行常规护理干预。比较两组护理前后患者SAS和SDS以及QLQ-C30量表得分情况。结果护理后,两组SAS评分和SDS评分都有降低,且观察组SAS评分和SDS评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,QLQ-C30量表中总体身体状况评分,观察组明显高于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论对于甲状腺癌患者实行身心一体化护理效果良好,有效缓解患者负性情绪(焦虑和抑郁),并从各方面提高患者生活质量。
Objective To study the effects of integrated physical and mental nursing intervention on negative emotion and quality of life in patients with thyroid carcinoma. Methods A total of 140 patients with thyroid carcinoma in our hospital were taken as the clinical research objects, and they were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The control group was given traditional nursing, and the study group was given integrated of physical and mental nursing. The scores of SAS, SDS and QLQ-G30 scale in the two groups before and after nursing were compared. Results After nursing, the scores of SAS and SDS in the two groups were both decreased, and the scores of SAS and SDS in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group （P〈0.05）, the QLQ-G30 general physical condition score in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group, and their difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Integrated of physical and mental nursing which has good effect for patients with thyroid carcinoma, can not only effectively alleviate patients＇ negative emotions （anxiety and depression）, but also improve their quality of life in all respects.
