摘要
目的探讨腔镜甲状腺手术与传统开放甲状腺手术的护理特点。方法将76例甲状腺疾病患者根据术式不同分为两组,行腔镜手术治疗者27例为观察组,行传统开放手术治疗者49例为对照组。比较手术前后两组视觉模拟评分法和美容效果评分,并比较两组住院时间及下床时间。结果手术后1 d起两组视觉模拟评分法评分均较手术前显著持续降低(P<0.01),观察组较对照组下降更显著(P<0.01)。手术后1个月起两组美容效果评分均较手术前显著持续升高(P<0.01),观察组较对照组升高更显著(P<0.01)。观察组患者住院时间及下床时间均显著短于对照组(P<0.01)。结论腔镜甲状腺手术可显著减轻患者疼痛感,获得良好的美容效果,缩短住院时间,促进术后恢复。
Objective To investigate the nursing characteristics of laparoscopic surgery and open surgery for thyroid diseases.Methods 76 cases of thyroid disease were divided into two groups according to different surgical procedures,27 patients who underwent endoscopic surgery were selected as observation group,49 patients who underwent traditional open surgery were selected as control group.The visual analogue scale and cosmetic effect scores of the two groups before and after the operation were compared,and the hospital stay and bedtime were compared between the two groups.Results 1 day after surgery,the scores of visual analogue scales of the two groups were significantly lower than those before surgery (P<0.01),the observation group decreased more significantly than the control group (P<0.01).1 month after surgery,the cosmetic effect scores of both groups were significantly higher than those before surgery (P<0.01),the observation group increased more significantly than the control group (P<0.01).The hospitalization time and bedtime of the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group (P<0.01).Conclusion Endoscopic thyroid surgery can significantly reduce the pain of patients,obtain good cosmetic results,shorten hospital stay,and promote postoperative recovery.
