骨质疏松性脊柱骨折应用椎体后凸成形术与保守治疗的临床效果对比 被引量:8

Effect comparison of kyphoplasty and conservative treatment on patients with osteoporotic vertebral fracture

摘要 目的观察比较保守治疗及椎体后凸成形术治疗骨质疏松性脊柱骨折的临床效果。方法从于我院接受治疗的骨质疏松性脊柱骨折患者中选取86例,将其随机分为对照组和观察组,各43例。对照组采取传统保守治疗,观察组实施椎体后凸成形术(KPP)治疗,观察评价两组患者的治疗效果。结果治疗后,两组患者EVOS评分均较治疗前明显提高,VAS评分则明显降低,且观察组EVOS评分明显高于对照组,VAS评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,对照组椎体高度降低、后凸Cobb角升高,而观察组椎体高度升高、后凸Cobb角降低,且观察组椎体高度显著高于对照组、后凸Cobb角明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对骨质疏松性脊柱骨折患者实施椎体后凸成形术治疗,可有效缓解患者的疼痛,促进其活动功能的恢复,值得临床大力推广应用。 Objective To observe and compare the clinical effect of kyphoplasty and conservative treatment on patients with osteoporotic vertebral fracture. Methods A total of 86 cases of patients with osteoporotic spinal fractures were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 43 cases in each group. The control group received traditional conservative, while the observation group accepted kyphoplasty(KPP). The therapeutic effects of the two groups were observed and evaluated. Results After treatment, the EVOS scores of the two groups increased, but VAS scores decreased, and the EVOS score in the observation group was higher than that of the control group, VAS score was lower than that of the control group(P〈0.05); After treatment, the height of the vertebral body decreased and the posterior Cobb angle increased in the control group, while the height of the vertebral body increased and posterior Cobb angle decreased in the observation group, the height of the vertebral body of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the posterior Cobb angle of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P〈0.05). Conclusion Kyphoplasty in patients with osteoporotic vertebral fracture can effectively relieve the pain and promote the recovery of patients' functional activity, which is worth popularizing and applying in clinic.
