摘要
目的分析在治疗老年骨质疏松脊柱骨折中应用椎体后凸成形术的治疗效果。方法选取该院2018年1月—2019年5月收治的80例老年骨质疏松脊柱骨折患者为该次研究对象,随机分为对照组40例(保守治疗)和观察组40例(椎体后凸成形术治疗),比较两组治疗效果。结果两组治疗效果比较,数据结果显示(70.0%vs95.0%),其中观察组总有效率更高,差异有统计学意义(χ2=9.251,P<0.05)。两组患者疼痛评分、活动功能评分比较,治疗前,两组评分,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,观察组疼痛评分明显更低,且活动功能评分明显更高,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(t=7.582、7.521,P<0.05)。两组患者椎体高度和Cobb角对比,治疗前,两组椎体高度与Cobb角,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,观察组椎体高度与Cobb角改善情况明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=7.854、7.685,P<0.05)。结论在治疗老年骨质疏松脊柱骨折中应用椎体后凸成形术的治疗效果显著,其可以有效提高患者治疗效果,促进患者脊柱功能恢复,值得推广。
Objective To analyze the effect of kyphoplasty in the treatment of osteoporotic spine fractures in the elderly.Methods 80 elderly patients with osteoporotic spine fractures who were treated in the hospital from January 2018 to May 2019 were selected as the study object.They were randomLy divided into the control group(40 cases,conventional treatment)and the observation group(40 cases,Kyphoplasty treatment),and the treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results The comparison of the treatment effect between the two groups showed that the data showed(70.0%vs 95.0%).The total effective rate in the observation group was higher with a significant difference(χ2=9.251,P<0.05).Comparison of pain scores and activity function scores between the two groups.Before treatment,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the observation group had significantly lower pain scores and significantly higher activity function scores.There was a significant difference between the two groups.,the difference was statistically significant(t=7.582,7.521,P<0.05).Comparison of vertebral height and Cobb angle between the two groups of patients.Before treatment,there was no significant difference between vertebral height and Cobb angle between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the improvement of vertebral height and Cobb angle in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group.The difference was significant(t=7.854,7.685,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of kyphoplasty in the treatment of osteoporotic spinal fractures is significant.It can effectively improve the treatment effect of patients and promote the recovery of spinal function.It is worth promoting.
