树脂传递模塑 (RTM)和真空注射模塑 (VIMP,Vacuum Infusion Molding Process)等工艺都是在低温下模塑复合材料产品 ,已广泛地应用于舰船领域、军事设施、国防工程、航空和民用工业等。不饱和树脂以其良好的工艺性能和低成本的优势在这些工艺中引起了关注。主要研究了引发剂、促进剂、填料和低收缩添加剂对 VIMP成型工艺用不饱和聚酯在低温下动力学和流变学性能的影响 ,并且测试了
Many composites are produced at low temperatures in processes such as Resin Transfer Molding (RTM) and Vacuum Infusion Molding (VIMP). These processes are widely used for marine, military, defense, aviation, civil infrastructure and transportation applications. Unsaturated polyester (UP) is a major resin in these processes due to their low cost and good performance. In this paper, effects of initiator, promoter, filler and Low profile agent on the reaction kinetics and rheological changes of UP resin cured at low temperatures in were studied. The mechanical strength of molded composite samples was also measured.
