注入线分段控制对VARI中流动前沿的模拟

Simulation of Multi-Segment Injection Line Control on Flow Front for VARI

摘要 在VARI工艺成型过程中,树脂的流动前沿形状对充模过程至关重要,建立了注入线分段控制系统,将注入线分成多个独立可控制的分段注入线。模拟分析了分段注入对含有高渗透区域模型流动前沿的影响,结果表明高渗透区域长度、宽度、位置是影响注入线分段设计的重要因素。 The resin flow front is essential to the process of mold filling in the VARI process.The multiple segment injection line control system was developed.Each segment could be independently operated.The filling process of the containing high permeability composite was simulated using multiple-segment injection line.The result shows that the length,width and location of the high permeability region are very important to the design of multi-segment injection line.
