摘要
目的利用PDCA循环为医院门诊结算中存在的多元化支付现况,进行风险控制。方法运用PDCA循环对现阶段门诊结算所存在的问题按计划(Plan)、执行(Do)、检查(Check)与改进行动(Action)来进行升级改造。结果 2016年采取干预措施后,收费员医保政策知晓率较培训前大幅提高,与2015年相比,"单边账"从25例减少至10例,坏账追回率从80%提高到100%。结论利用PDCA循环法在医院门诊多元化支付中进行风险控制,能实现医院财务的精细化管理,降低漏费风险。
Objective To carry out risk control on diversified payment in hospital outpatient by means of PDCA cycle. Method The upgrading and rebuilding outpatient settlement with PDCA cycle according to plan, practice, check and action are made. Result After the intervening measures carried out in 2016,the toll collectors＇ policy awareness rate ofmedical reform is im- proved greatly compared with that before the training in 2015. The cases of ＂unilateral account＂ decreased from 25 to 10, and bad debt recovery rate increased from 80% to 100%. Conclusion Risk control on diversified payment in hospital outpatient by means of PDCA cycle helps with the realization of refined financial management and decreases the risk of charge evasion in hospitals.
