摘要
牙周病患者的正畸治疗具有一定的挑战性和风险性,而牙周治疗直接影响正畸治疗的效果和稳定性。牙周病患者正畸治疗前必须进行完善的牙周治疗,只有在牙周组织基本稳定的前提下,方可进行牙齿移动,进而改善牙周病患者的生活质量。文章将对牙周病患者正畸治疗前的基础治疗、牙周手术时机以及牙周手术术式对正畸牙齿移动的影响等相关内容进行综述。
Orthodontic treatment for periodontal disease patients is challenging and risky,and periodontal treatment directly affects the efficacy and stability of orthodontic treatment.Before orthodontic treatment,periodontal disease patients must be treated with perfect periodontal therapy.Only on the premise of the basic stability of periodontal tissue can the teeth be moved,and then the quality of life of patients with periodontal disease can be improved.This article will review the treatment for periodontal disease before orthodontic treatment,periodontal surgery time and the effects of periodontal surgery on orthodontic tooth movement.
