摘要
本文报道了187菌株伴孢晶体和芽孢在电子显微镜下所看到的形态结构,并讨论了晶体形态结构与其对昆虫毒力的关系。
Electron microscopic observation on the parasporal crystal and spore from 187 strain of Bacillus thuringiensis is reported in this paper. The relationship between the ultra-structure of the crystals from Bacillus thuringiensis and the texicity to insects were discussed.
