摘要
选取了对苏云金杆菌187菌株产毒能力有影响的四个因素,即培养温度、培养时间、培养液的初始pH值和装液量进行四水平正交试验,并对培养温度、培养时间和培养液的初始pH值作了交互试验。其结果表明,培养温度对发酵液毒力影响最大。其次是培养液的初始pH值。该试验找出了产毒能力最大时的培养条件。通过对发酵液OD值的测定,表明187菌株产生最大数量菌体所需要的培养条件并不是菌株毒力最大的条件。
This paper reportsa series of experiments which have been designed according to the orthogonal fable to obtain the optimum ferment condition of strain 187. The crossed effect of factors is also considered. These results show that the effect of cultural temperature is the most evident in four factors selected to the toxicity of strain 187 This paper reports the optimum ferment con dition the toxicity and the number, of strain 187 By reseaching the relation between the toxicity and number of strain 187, we find the number optimum cultural condition is not the same to the toxicity optimum cultural condition.
