摘要
本文在与普通本科教育、高等职业教育培养目标比较的基础上,提出学历继续教育的培养目标应在确保学业标准的前提下,突出培养学生的岗位创新能力。岗位创新能力培养应是学历继续教育最鲜明的特色,是其教育使命,也是评价其教学质量的标准。文章还探讨了保障实施岗位创新能力培养的相关要求。
Based on the comparison of the cultivation target between undergraduate education and higher vocational education,this paper puts forward that cultivation target of qualification continuing education should emphasize on students'innovative abilities on the premise of academic standards.Position's innovative ability is not only the distinctive character of qualification continuing education,but also the education's mission,what's more,it's the principle to evaluate its education quality.Also,this paper discusses several key requirements about how to implement cultivation of position's innovative ability.
