摘要
目的探讨绝经后2型糖尿病(T2DM)并颈动脉粥样硬化(颈AS)患者血清雌二醇(E_2)与基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)的相关性。方法我院2015年1月至12月收治的绝经后T2DM并颈AS患者75例,根据E_2水平分为2组:E_2>40 pg/mL组35例,E_2≤40 pg/mL组40例,另设绝经后颈AS且E_2>40 pg/mL的对照组20例。测定血清基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)、雌二醇。结果 E_2>40 pg/mL组MMP-9水平为(605.33±239.26)μg/L,明显高于对照组(436.39±209.18)μg/L(P<0.05);E_2≤40 pg/mL组MMP-9水平为(795.85±275.86)μg/L,明显高于对照组(P<0.05);E_2≤40pg/mL组MMP-9水平明显高于E_2>40 pg/mL组(P<0.05)。结论绝经后T2DM并颈AS患者MMP-9与E_2水平呈反相关,绝经后颈AS患者合并T2DM测量血清MMP-9明显升高。
Objective To investigate the correlation between serum estradiol （E2） and matrix metalloproteinase-9 （MMP-9） levels in postmenopausal women diagnosed with type 2 diabetes mellitus （T2DM） and carotid atherosclerosis （AS）.Methods 75 postmenopausal women with T2DM and carotid AS in our hospital from January to December in 2015 were divided into 2 groups according to the level of E2,with E2〉40 pg/mL group （35 cases） and E2≤40 pg/mL group （40 cases）.In addition,20 cases with carotid AS and E2〉40 pg/mL after menopause were in the control group.Serum MMP-9 and estradiol were determined.Results The level of MMP-9 in the E2〉40pg/ml group was （605.33 ＋ 239.26） μg/L,significantly higher than that in the control group （436.39 ＋ 209.18） μg/L （P〈0.05）.The level of MMP-9 in the E2≤40 pg/mL group was （795.85 ＋ 275.86） μg/L,significantly higher than that in the control group （P〈0.05）,the MMP-9 level of the E2≤40 pg/mL group was significantly higher than that of E2〉40 pg/mL group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion MMP-9 and E2 level of postmenopausal women with T2DM and carotid AS had a negative correlation.After menopause,the serum MMP-9 in patients with T2DM and carotid AS increased significantly.
