摘要
目的研究探讨右美托咪啶辅助椎管内麻醉的镇静效果。方法选取84例实行椎管内麻醉手术的患者,将其分为对照组和观察组,对比两组患者椎管内麻醉镇静效果。结果观察组患者不同时间段的镇静评分均低于对照组,数据符合统计学差异(P<0.05)。观察组患者的不良反应发生率明显低于对照组患者,数据符合统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论右美托咪啶辅助椎管内麻醉,可促使患者能够维持一种理想的镇静状态,是一种理想的镇静药物。
Objective To investigate the effect of dexmedetomidine assisted spinal anesthesia sedation. Methods 84 cases of patients with spinal anesthesia were selected. They were divided into control group and observation group. The sedative effects of spinal anesthesia were compared between the two groups. Results Observation group patients in different time sedation score were lower than control group （P〈0.05）. The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Dexrnedetomicfine assisted intraspinal anesthesia can make the patients to maintain a good sedation, it is a kind of ideal sedative drugs.
