摘要
化学固体药物的质量直接关系到药物治疗疾病的效果,影响药物质量的因素来自于药物原料、药物辅料以及制备工艺等多方面,需要经过研究确定能够保证药物疗效的质量标准。除此之外,药物晶型是影响药物疗效的重要因素,这种晶型包括原料药的晶型、辅料的晶型,也包括原料药在制剂这一复杂体系中的晶型状态。优势药物晶型是指在同一药物的多种晶型中,可以实现最佳临床治疗效果的晶型,研究和控制药物晶型,可以提高药物的质量,保证药物的临床治疗作用。本文讨论了药物晶型的发现、检测、评价和应用的要求,为晶型药物的研究提供信息参考。
The quality of the small molecule drugs is an important and complex problems which related to clinical therapeutic effects.There are many different factors influencing the quality of drugs include API,excipients and preparation technology related factors.Except these factors,the crystal form of API is the core factors which closely related with bioavailability of drugs.Appliation and controlling the Optimal Drug Crystal form （ODC） of API in solid pharmaceutical preparations are the key procedures for drug quantity.This article discussed the discovery,detection,evaluation and application requirements of drug crystal,to provide information for the study of crysalline drugs.
