摘要
目的:探讨中药糖肾方治疗2型糖尿病肾病(DN)患者的效果及对患者糖脂代谢、氧化应激及尿白蛋白水平的影响。方法:选取2013年1月~2015年12月在我院诊疗的120例DN患者,采用SPSS 16.0生成随机数字表分为糖肾方组(基础治疗+糖肾方)、常规组(基础治疗)各60例,两组患者的疗程均为8周。结果:治疗后,糖肾方组患者的FBG、2h PG、Hb A1c、TC、TG、LDL-C均低于常规组(P<0.05),糖肾方组的HDL-C高于常规组(P<0.05);糖肾方组患者的24小时尿白蛋白排泄率、24小时尿白蛋白定量、MDA的水平均低于常规组(P<0.05),糖肾方组的SOD、GSH-Px高于常规组(P<0.05)。糖肾方组患者的显效率48.33%、有效率43.33%、无效率8.33%,常规组为33.33%、50.00%、16.67%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:糖肾方治疗DN患者能够进一步改善患者的氧化应激水平、血糖血脂代谢水平,有利于延缓糖尿病肾病的进程。
Objective： To investigate the effect of Chinese herbal Shentang Recipe on patients with type 2 diabetic nephropa- thy （DN） and its effects on glucose and lipid metabolism, oxidative stress and urinary albumin level. Methods： From January 2013 to December 2015, 120 DN patients in our hospital, the 16 generation of SPSS were randomly divided into treatment group （basic treatment ＋ Shentang Recipe） and conventional group （basic treatment） of the 60 cases, two patients were treated for 8 weeks. Results： After treatment, FBG, 2hPG, HbAlc, TC, TG, LDL-C of the Shentang Decoction group were lower than the normal group （P 〈 0. 05） , the Shentang Recipe group of HDL-C was higher than that of the conventional group （P 〈 0. 05） ; 24h urinary albumin excretion rate in patients with the Shentang Decoction group, 24h urinary albumin, MDA levels were lower than that of the conventional group （ P 〈 0. 05 ） , the Shentang Recipe group of SOD, GSH-Px was higher than the conventional group （P 〈 0. 05）. The obviously effective rate was 48. 33% , the effective rate was 43. 33%, the ineffective rate was 8. 33% , the effective rate was~ better ihan that of the conventional treatment group, and the conventional group was 33. 33%, 50% , and 16. 67% , respectively. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant. Conclusion： Patients with DN treated by Shentang Recipe can further improve the level of oxidative stress, blood glucose and lipid metabolism, and help to delay the process of diabetic nephropathy.
