摘要
用离子交换树脂代替浓H2SO4作催化剂制备乙酸异戊酯.对实验条件,反应稳定性,反应速度,催化剂的回收与利用等因素进行探索.离子交换树脂代替浓H2SO4,既降低成本节约大量浓H2SO4,又减轻H2SO4废液对环境的污染危害,因而收到较好的经济环境效益.
With strong acidic cationic exchange resin replacing dense sulphuric acid as catalyst , isopentyl acetate was synthesized. The conditions of the reaction , the effect of catalyst amount used and the recycle and reuse of catalyst and so on were studied. If this way is used widely, the cost will decrease greatly , because a lot of dense sulphuric acid will be saved . What's more . the harmfulness of surphuric acid to the environment will be mitigated. Consequently, this way is full of economic and environmental benefit.
