摘要
目的探讨硝苯地平缓释片治疗高血压合并糖尿患者的临床疗效。方法选取2016年6月至2016年12月,于我院进行治疗的200例高血压合并糖尿病的患者为研究对象,将其随机分为观察者和对照组,每组100例,对照组应用缬沙坦氨氟地平片进行治疗,观察者应用硝苯地平缓释片进行治疗,分析比较两组患者的血压情况和血糖情况。结果对两组患者治疗前后的血压情况进行监测,治疗后,两组患者的收缩压和舒张压较治疗前均有所降低观察组的收缩压和舒张压明显低于治疗前,且差异显著,P<0.0 5;观察组的收缩压和舒张压,降幅明显大于对照组,且差异显著,P<0.05。对两组患者治疗前后的血压情况进行监测,治疗后,两组患者的血糖值较治疗前均有明显降低,P<0.05,观察组与对照组相比,空腹血糖和饭后2 h血糖,差异均不显著,P>0.05。观察组的总有效率(96%)明显高于对照组(78%),且P<0.05,差异显著。结论硝苯地平缓释片治疗高血压合并糖尿病患者,疗效显著,且可调节机体代谢,可进行临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Extended release nifedipine tablets in the treatment of hypertension complicated with diabetes. Method From June 2016 to December 2016 year, 200 cases of hypertension and diabetes treatment in our hospital patients as the research object, randomly divided into observation and control group, 100 cases in each group, the control group were treated with Valsartan and Amlodipine tablets, the observer using the Extended release nifedipine tablets treatment, compared two groups of patients with blood pressure and blood sugar. Result Monitoring of blood pressure of the patients in two groups after treatment, two groups of patients with systolic and diastolic blood pressure were lower than before treatment; the observation group systolic and diastolic blood pressure were significantly lower than that before treatment, and the difference was significant, P〈0.05; the observation group systolic and diastolic blood pressure was significantly higher than the control group, and the difference was significant, P〈0.05. Monitoring of blood pressure in two groups before and after treatment, the results are shown in Table 2, after treatment, two groups of patients with blood glucose values were lower than before the treatment, P〈0.05, compared with the control group, the blood glucose and fasting blood glucose after 2 hours, there was no significant difference, P〉0.05. The total effective rate of the observation group （96%） was significantly higher than the control group （78%）, and P〈0.05, significant difference. Conclusion Extended release nifedipine tablets in the treatment of patients with hypertension and diabetes, a significant effect, and can regulate the body metabolism, can be used in clinical practice.
