摘要
目的:探讨硝苯地平缓释片对中老年原发性高血压(EH)治疗的临床疗效。方法判断46例中老年原发性高血压口服硝苯地平缓释片的临床疗效,并对有中老年原发性高血压患者的影响进行回顾性分析。结果46例中老年患者高血压服用硝苯地平缓释片,收缩压和舒张压在治疗后有所下降。3级高血压合计有效率分别为93.7%,89.8%和88.9%。结论硝苯地平缓释片可以显著降低收缩压和舒张压,能有效改善心功能。
Objective To investigate the clinical curative ef ect of treatment with nifedipine zyban senile primary hypertension.Methods A retrospective analysis of 46 cases of senile oral nifedipine zyban clinical curative ef ect of patients with essential hypertension(eh).Results of 46 cases of elderly patients with high blood pressure after treatment with nifedipine zyban,systolic and diastolic blood pressure dropped.Level 3 hypertension totals ef ective was 93.7%,89.8%and 88.9%,respectively.Conclusion Nifedipine zyban can significantly lower systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure,curative ef ect,can ef ectively improve cardiac function.
