摘要
试验通过比较4个茄子品种在高温条件下6个生理生化指标和生长情况表现出的差异,筛选出热害指数、膜相对电导率和可溶性糖含量3个指标在幼苗期可一定程度反映茄子耐热性;基于以上3个指标对20份茄子种质进行苗期耐热鉴定,最终筛选出E-4、E-7、E-11、E-21这4个耐热性较强的材料。
The paper compared six physiological and biochemical indexes and the difference of growth situation of four eggplant cultivars under the heat stress. The results showed that heat injury index, relative conductivity of the membrane and soluble sugar content coulf be as the select indexes for the heat-tolerance breeding. Based on the three indexes above, twenty gerrnplasms of eggplant were evaluated on the difference of heat-tolerance capacity on seedling stage, and four germplasms including E-4, E-7, E-11, E-21 had stronger heat-tolerance.
