摘要
304不锈钢性能优良,在煤矿机械设备中得到广泛应用。而电火花线切割技术具有加工灵活、降低模具制造成本等一系列优点,是切割加工的理想选择。而电参数、走丝速度等参数是影响电火花线切割加工质量和加工效率的重要因素。通过正交实验研究了峰值电流、脉冲宽度、脉宽脉间比值以及丝速等主要工艺参数对电火花线切割加工切缝宽度、切面粗糙度和加工效率的影响规律,并分析了其中的原因,得出一系列相关结论。对电火花线切割加工过程中工艺参数的选择具有一定的参考价值。
304 stainless steel sheets are widely used in coal mine machinery equipment because of their excellent performance, and EDM is a reliable cutting processing with high stability and precision. The electrical parameters and wire speed have a great influence on the quality and efficiency of EDM processing. The influence of the main process parameters such as pulse width, ratio of pulse width and pulse interval, peak current and wire speed on cutting seam width, surface roughness and machining efficiency of EDM were studied by orthogonal experiment, and the mechanisms has been analyzed. The conclusion can guide the selection of the process parameters in the process of EDM.
