摘要
从影响电火花线切割加工有关工件表面质量的工艺指标入手,深入分析了影响工件表面质量的电参数及机械参数,提出合理选择这两类有关的参数,可有效地提高模具精度及表面质量。
Firstly, this text discusses the technics indexes of surface quantity of the workpiece .and then deeply analyzes relevant electricity parameters and machine parameters. At last puts forward reasonable electricity parameters and machine parameters to improve precision and surface quantity of the workpiece.
