摘要
[目的]构建具有专科特异性和实用性的肠造口专科护理质量评价指标。[方法]在参考相关指导意见、文献回顾及专家访谈的基础上,基于"结构-过程-结果"模式初步构建肠造口专科护理质量评价指标,采用德尔菲专家函询法,邀请16名造口护理专家就各级评价指标进行两轮函询。[结果]两轮函询中,问卷有效回收率分别为80%、100%;专家权威程度分别为0.83,0.86;三级指标的专家协调程度分别为0.588,0.426和0.286,P均<0.05;构建了包含3个一级指标、6个二级指标和27个三级指标的肠造口专科护理质量评价指标体系。[结论]肠造口专科护理质量评价指标具有较强的专科护理特异性和实用性,可测量性强,突出了专科护理特点。
Objective:To construct the evaluation index of quality of enterostomy specialist care with specialist specificity and practicability.Methods:Based on the'structure-process-result'model and the relevant guidance,literature review and expert interview,the author constructs the evaluation index of quality of the stomatostomy specialist care was constructed,and uses the expert consultation method of Delphi to invite 16 stomatological care experts,On the various levels of evaluation indicators for two rounds of correspondence.Results:The effective degree of the questionnaire was 80%and 100%respectively.The degree of expert authority was 0.83 and 0.86 respectively.The coordination degree of the three-level indexes was 0.588,0.426 and 0.286 respectively,and P<0.05.Three primary level index,six secondary indicators and 27 third indicators were in enterostomy specialist care quality evaluation index system.Conclusion:Enterostomy specialist care quality evaluation index had a strong specialist care specificity and practicality,and it was measurable,highlighting the characteristics of specialist care.
