摘要
目的探讨三黄糖肾康颗粒对2型糖尿病大鼠骨质血清淀粉样蛋白A表达的影响。方法将75只3月龄雌性wistar大鼠,采用随机数字法分为对照组10只、糖尿病模型组65只,糖尿病模型组按血糖水平随机分糖尿病组、中药预防组、中药高剂量组、中药低剂量组和西药治疗组各10只,取材后测空腹血糖、骨密度和骨组织A-SAAm RNA、蛋白表达水平。结果与糖尿病模型组比较,除正常对照组外,其余组A-SAAm RNA、蛋白表达水平和血糖下降,中药低剂量组骨密度上升,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血清淀粉样蛋白A可能是导致2型糖尿病骨质疏松的一个重要原因,通过抑制血清淀粉样蛋白A,三黄糖肾康颗粒对治疗2型糖尿病骨质疏松具有确切疗效。
Objective: To investigate the effect of Sanhuang Tangshenkang granule on on the expression of A-SAA in rats with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with osteoporosis. Methods: Seventy-five three months old female rats were randomly divided into control group (n = 10) and diabetic model group (n = 65). The diabetic model group was randomly divided into three groups according to the blood glucose level, the traditional Chinese medicine preven- tion group, the traditional Chinese medicine high dose group, the low dose group and the western medicine treatment group. The expression of A-SAA mRNA and protein in fasting blood glucose, bone mineral density and bone tissue were measured. Results: Compared with the control group, the levels of A-SAA mRNA, protein and blood glucose were decreased in the other groups except the normal control group, and the bone mineral density of the low dose group was higher.(P〈0.05). Conclusion: Serum amyloid A may be an important cause of osteoporosis in type 2 diabetes mellitus by inhibiting serum amyloid A. Sanhuang Tangshenkang granule has a definite effect on the treatment of osteoporosis in type 2 diabetes mellitus.
