摘要 测定了160名来自铅作业工厂厂区内幼托儿童血铅水平,均值为227μg/L,血铅≥250μg/L 者占32%。30月龄以下小儿血铅水平与 Bayley 婴儿发育量表中 MDI 和 PDI 无关;可能与铅接触时间短有关;46月龄以上儿童血铅与总 IQ,操作 IQ 和语言 IQ 呈负相关,高铅组儿童各智商均显著低于低铅组,高铅对智能的影响是全面性的。 The blood lead level of 160 children from a child care center set in a leadfactory was determined and showed a mean level of 277 ug/1,with 32% among the 160children being=>250ug/1.The blood lead level of those children aged 30 months showedno significant coorelation with MDI and PDI in Bayley infant development scale,possiblydue to short time of lead exposion,However,the blood lead level of those chilrdren aged over46 months was evidented to have a negative coorelation with total IQ,operational IQ andlanguage IQ.Moreover all IQ scores of high blood lead level children was found significantlylower than that of low blood lead level chileren,indicating an overwhelm impairment of childintelligent function by lead exposion.
