摘要 超声相控阵全聚焦法(TFM)是用全矩阵捕获模式(FMC)获取的数据来进行信号处理的,所有计算均以30帧/s的刷新率完成。与标准相控阵法相比,全聚焦法成像分辨力甚高,能优化缺陷的定位、定量、表征等,并可对形状复杂试件进行检测。综述了超声相控阵全聚焦法成像检测的典型工业应用,并作了相关讨论,以供国内同行借鉴。 The total focusing method(TFM)is a signal processing algorithm using data acquired in full matrix capture mode(FMC).All computations are achieved at a refresh rate up to 30 frames per second.In comparison with standard phased array techniques,this method can provide higher resolution,optimizing flaw location,measurement and characterization.Also,TFM can be used to image complex components.This article gives some typical cases of application of phased array TFM in industrial inspection and discussion on the relevant issues in order to provide references to domestic colleagues.
