摘要 介绍灵巧的二维和三维柔性相控阵换能器,用于检测几何形状复杂的工件中裂纹类面状缺陷的方法特征和优势。新的实时功能,能重建内外表面轮廓;全点聚焦(FTP)法,能有效改善内表面开口裂纹的成像效果。期盼此法为复杂结构的超声检测开辟新通道。 This article described the technical characteristic and superiority of 2D and 3D smart flexible phased-array transducers used to detect crack-like defects, in components with complex geometry. A new type of real time function was allowed to reconstruct the external and internal profiles and the FTP algo- rithm can well improve the imaging of breaking cracks at the back-wall. The intention was to open up a new channel for UT of complex constructions.
