摘要
应力集中的问题在带孔薄板中的表现极为普遍,应用工程中普遍运用的有限元法来分析带孔薄板孔边的应力集中问题。通过ANSYS软件仿真计算,得出固定板块的系列应力值,并且通过计算得出系列应力集中系数。运用最小二乘拟合方法对数据加以处理,获得了应力集中系数在特定范围内的拟合公式。通过系列实验曲线和经验公式进行比较分析,结果显示经拟合公式算出的误差较汉伍德经验公式小。该改进算法在计算孔边应力集中系数时具有工程应用的合理性。
The phenomenon of stress concentration is very common in the perforated thin plate, Finite element method is used to analyze the above problem in this paper. The stress value and the stress concentration factor of the fixed plate are calculated by ANSYS. The fitting formula of the stress concentration factor in a certain range is obtained by using the least square fitting method. By comparing the relevant experimental curves and empirical formulas ,leads to the calculation error of fitting formula is smaller than that of the Heywood formula The improved algorithm has the rationality of engineering application in calculating the stress cortcentration factor of the perforated plate.
