摘要
多孔多裂纹损伤结构的安全问题是当今航空工程中非常关注且亟待解决的问题,特别是对其断裂特性及裂尖应力强度因子的研究,从分析方法到数据结果都十分缺乏。文中运用考虑销钉与结构板件间接触的有限元分析方法,建立合理的计算模型,为多孔多裂纹裂尖应力强度因子提供可靠、可行的分析途径。通过大量计算,给出典型多孔结构多裂纹应力强度因子计算结果曲线及图表,分析其相互影响规律及破坏特性,计算结果和结论可作为该类结构损伤容限设计的参考依据。
The safety of structures with multi-cracks damage is under extremely concern in the aeronautical engineering. Especially, analysis methods and numerical results of stress intensity factors (SIF) are still lack. A reliable, feasible finite element analysis model for multi-pin-hole connected structure with multi-cracks was established with contact between pin and the conjunctional structure. The calculated curves for crack tip stress intensity factors were provided. The mutual influences on SIFs of multi-pin-hole with multi-cracks were discussed. The computed results may serve as reference for damage tolerance design of the similar structures.
