摘要
牙周炎是一种常见的口腔疾病,在我国成年人中发病率高,是丧失咀嚼器官功能的主要原因。目前,西药治疗牙周炎存在耐药性、易发不良反应等缺点,而中草药以其不良反应小、安全性高等优势在牙周炎的治疗或辅助治疗中得到广泛应用,并取得良好的治疗效果。因此,基于对牙周疾病患者耐药性和长期用药安全的考虑,中草药(提取物及方剂)在该疾病的治疗方面将会起到举足轻重的作用。
Periodontitis is a common disease of oral cavity,with a higher incidence in adults in China,which is the main cause for the loss of mastieatory organ function. Compared with the shortcomings ,such as drug resistance and adverse reaction, of western medicine, Chinese herbal medicine has been widely applied to the treatment or assisted therapy of periodontitis with the advantages of few adverse effects and high safety, and has achieved good therapeutic effects. Therefore, based on the drug resistance in patients with periodontal disease and the long-term medication safety, Chinese herbal medicine（ extract and formula） will play an important role in the treatment of this disease in the future.
