摘要
年龄相关性黄斑变性是一种与年龄因素密切相关的致盲性眼底病。近年来,国内外学者对本病的病因病机和治疗等方面进行了大量深入的研究,西医学和中医学对本病的认识和治疗方面都取得了一定进展,文章介绍临床常用的中西医治疗方法,同时比较两者治法各自的优势和局限性,以期指导临床。
The age-related macular degeneration is a kind of blinding ocular fundus diseases that is closely related to the age. In recent years, domestic and foreign scholars on the etiology and pathogenesis and treatment of the disease, and so on. A number of in-depth research, medicine and traditional Chinese medicine understanding of the disease and treatment are made cer- tain progress, the article introduces the clinical commonly method of traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment, at the same time, compares the advantages and limitations of the two treatment, in order to guide clinical practice.
