摘要 目的:探讨黄斑部视网膜出血的出血原因、部位和程度,并分析对中心视力的影响。方法:对85例黄斑部视网膜出血患者的临床资料,结合FFA检查对发病后中心视力、出血部位、面积、程度进行回顾性分析。结果:85例黄斑部视网膜出血患者发病时中心视力损害严重,依出血部位分为视网膜前出血、视网膜内出血、视网膜下出血、混合性出血,依出血程度分为轻度、中度、重度和巨大出血。结论:各种原因导致黄斑部视网膜出血影响中心视力重要因素是出血遮蔽,出血面积和部位影响出血的吸收和视功能的恢复。 AIM: To observe the clinical causes and the area and degree of macular hemorrhages based on fundus fluorescein angiography (FFA). METHODS: Eighty-five patients (85 eyes) with macular hemorrhages were proved by FFA. The clinical feature and appearance were observed retrospectively. RESULTS: there are three groups by hemorrhage location: 26 eyes of submacular hemorrhage, 43 eyes of intramacular hemorrhage and 16 eyes of epiretinal macular hemorrhage. Only 6 eyes had both mixture epiretinal macular hemorrhage and intramacular hemorrhage and 7 eyes had mixture submacular hemorrhage and intramacular hemorrhage. According to the area of hemorrhage classify there were four degrees: light or superficial hemorrhage, middle hemorrhage, higher hemorrhage and great or marked degree differently. CONCLUSION: Various causes lead to macular hemorrhage. The majority of patients experience severe vision loss, particularly subfoveal hemorrhage obstructing. The area degree and location of blood also influence the visual recovery.
