摘要
目的:运用中药敷脐疗法防治透析相关性低血压。方法:本课题选取本院经常出现低血压的维持性血液透析患者40例,采用随机数字表法分成试验组和对照组各20例,两组均采用西医常规治疗方法,试验组加用中药敷脐疗法。两组危重患者的抢救方案相同。4周为1疗程,共观察3个疗程,计12周。通过两组患者透析前、中、后收缩压变化进行临床疗效判定,并进行统计学处理。结果:治疗12周后试验组在透析前、中、后的收缩压明显高于对照组,试验组透析中低血压发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药敷脐疗法能有效防治血液透析相关性低血压。
Objective： To use the traditional Chinese medicine umbilicus therapy in maintenance hemodialysis patients to re- duce hypotension. Methods： A hospital maintenance hemodialysis patients, 40 cases were randomly divided into controlled group （20 cases） and observation group （20 cases）, two groups all used western medicine routine treatment, while the observation group patients received traditional chinese medicine umbilicus, use of before and after dialysis, in systolic blood pressure changes after therapeutic evaluation. Results： The observation group in the dialysis before, during and after the systolic blood pressure was significantly higher than the controlled group; The incidence of hypotension in the observation group significantly lower than the controlled group. The difference between them was significant （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion ： Traditional Chinese medicine umbil- icus therapy can effectively prevent and reduce the incidence of hypotension of the maintenance hemodialysis patients.
