摘要
目的:对古今中外中医药外治的发展与现状进行研究。方法:按时间顺序对中医药外治形成与发展的历史进行了回顾,对每个时期的中医外治、中药外用与机理理论3个方面进行总结。结果:回顾中医药外治从古发展至今取得的成就和存在的问题,提出了中医药外治的思考与展望。结论:古今中外中医药外治的发展与现状的研究促进中医药外治在现代医学临床中发挥更重要的作用,提高临床疗效。
Objective：To investigate the development and status of ancient and modern use of external therapy with Chinese medicine both at home and abroad.Methods：According to chronological order,the history for the formation and development of external therapy with Chinese medicine were reviewed.For each period,the summarization was made in three aspects,the external therapy with Chinese medicine,external application of Chinese medicinals and theories and mechanisms for external use.Results：Achievements for external therapy with Chinese medicine made from the ancient times until now and the existing problems were expounded in order to propose the thinking and outlook for external use of Chinese medicine.Conclusion：Research on the development and status of ancient and modern use of external therapy with Chinese medicine both at home and abroad will promote this therapy to play a more important role in modern clinical medicine and to enhance the clinical efficacy.
