摘要
铁路列控设备维修周期的合理确定不仅可以提高设备的可靠性、安全性,还能有效提高铁路的运输效率。本文建立时变可靠度模型和成本函数模型,引入役龄回退因子,考虑视情维修,以可靠度收益和维修成本为优化目标,结合武广高铁故障案例对ATP系统进行维修周期确定研究,并在此基础上用MATLAB进行解析。
The reasonable determination of maintenance cycle of train control equipment can not only improve equipment reliability and safety, but also can effectively improve the efficiency of railway transport. By presenting a time-varying reliability model and a cost function model, this paper introduced the recursion back factor and considered the condition based maintenance. With reliability of earnings and maintenance cost as the optimization goal, the determination of the maintenance cycle of ATP (automatic train protection system) was investigated based on the failure case study of Wuhan-Guangzhou high-speed railway, and was further analyzed based on MATLAB.
