摘要
从轨道交通行车设备维修管理现状出发,以优化关键行车设备维修周期为研究对象,对轨道交通可修复和不可修复关键设备提出相应的寿命数据收集和处理方法;利用统计学原理,对设备的寿命数据进行分布检验与判别,把握行车设备寿命的分布规律。在此基础上,考虑设备维修停时损失,以单位维修周期内的平均安全运营维修成本最低为优化目标,建立轨道交通行车设备维修周期优化模型,在维修经济性和设备可靠性之间寻找最佳平衡的维修周期。结合具体应用实例,进一步说明模型的有效性。
Based on the status of equipment maintenance and management in metro operation,this paper proposes the collection and processing method of life data for the repairable and unrepairable key metro traffic operation equipment in order to optimize the maintenance strategy,and analyses the distribution of the equipment life data by the principle of statistics which helps to grasp the regulation of failure distribution.Taking the lost repairing time into consideration,authors present an optimized model of maintenance cycle for metro traffic operation equipment in terms of the lowest mean maintenance cost per cycle,aiming at striking the best balance between maintenance reliability and economy of the traffic operation equipment.Specific application examples further clarified the validity of the model.
