摘要
互联网+概念的渗透与应用,给传统的工程项目管理带来了新的理念和巨大变革。为了提高工程项目管理水平,增强工程企业的市场竞争力,构建引入互联网+思维的工程项目管理框架新时代工程项目管理的新课题。文章从PDCA管理模式入手,提出了当前互联网+时代的新型工程项目管理技术。
The penetration and application of Internet ＋ concept has brought new ideas and great changes to the traditional project management.In order to improve the project management level and enhance the market competitiveness of engineering enterprises,we will build a new topic of project management in the new era of the project management framework which introduces the Internet ＋ thinking.This paper starts from the PDCA management model,and puts forward the new project management technology of the current Internet ＋ era.
